American Healthcare Aya purchases Locums Unlimited

One of the largest and reliable privately held travel nurse and healthcare solutions provider, Aya, has announced the acquisition of Locums Unlimited, a San Diego based staffing firm. Aya purchased Locus Unlimited earlier this month. By this deal, Locus Unlimited has become a subsidiary of Aya. The executives of Locus Unlimited will remain the same in the business.

With the move by Aya, locum tenens staffing will be added to Aya's existing well-built suite of healthcare staffing and employee’s solutions offerings which include travel nurse joined and per diem staffing, medical services, MSP solutions, and the Aya Connect platform. The acquisition will help Locus Unlimited further deliver enhanced locums services to its facility clients by its recruiting capacity.

With a combined experience of over 25 years in healthcare staffing community, Locums Unlimited controls the placement of physicians in Locum Tenen and temporary to permanent jobs around the United States.
