Ford’s new Prototype Noise Cancelling Kennel to Protect Dogs from Noise Pollution

This new invention will help Pets to stay safe from fireworks. Most of the pets are disturbed by fireworks as their hearing range is more than humans. Renowned automakers Ford has developed a noise canceling kennel prototype that promises to safeguard the pets from loud noise.

The company utilized the noise canceling technology where it was previously used in the company’s range of SUVs to reduce the noise of engine and transmission.

The new noise canceling kennel prototype is designed like this: a microphone is placed inside the kennel to detect the sound of fireworks.  As per the company claiming, the sound gets reduced by an opposing series of frequencies sent by an audio system. Additionally, the kennel is also designed with a high-density cork which can mute outside noises.

Currently, the new invention is not for sale. But Ford tags it as —“is the first in a series of initiatives—called interventions—that applies automotive know-how to help solve everyday problems.”

When the company thought of launching the product for sale, there was very little interest being shown by people, so the company’s dream never made it to the market.  That’s not a healthy sign for the people who are looking for a new invention.
