This land is surrounded by tens of thousands of housing units, making it a perfect location for potential multi-family growth or other commercial uses. In a densely populated high-income area of Colorado, the land boasts high visibility. Home Depot, McDonald's, Popeyes, Sonic, Starbucks, and Walmart are prominent nearby businesses.
In addition to its estimated population of about 714,398 people, the Metropolitan Policy Program report of a Brookings Institution mentioned Colorado Springs as the "fastest growing millennial city. The city also connected Honolulu as the most desirable place to live in the U.S. in 2019, according to the U.S. News & World Report. Jeff Azuse, Senior Vice President of Hilco Real Estate, said, "Colorado Springs has so much going for it…with the statistics to prove it!
