According to the Aerospace Corp. we might be able to harness space solar power in a couple of generations

The Aerospace Corp. recently made an announcement calling for the US government to work with international partners to develop new solar-powered technologies for Space activities. The concept suggested by the Corp is called space solar power, and it has been in existence for a very long time. During Aerospace Corp's latest media briefing, James Veda, senior policy analyst, stated that space solar power might evolve considerably to hook us up with a terrestrial power grid in a couple of generations. Project lead Karen Jones is sure that the other countries are also actively pursuing space solar power technologies. If there is a chance for near-term investment decisions in space solar power, then it might create dramatic implications.

The United States must now devote funding to the researchers' efforts and effectively manage the resources to address the gaps and avoid redundancies. As the first step in harnessing this energy, it is highly likely to be used for IoT devices, drones, and EV charging stations. One important thing which people must keep in mind is that space solar power must not be mixed with solar power utility we have on Earth. Modular spacecraft must be created by agencies to harness the space solar power peacefully.
