Microsoft Teams to support for 24-hour free video and voice calling

Software and cloud computing giant Microsoft is set to add new feature that supports 24-hour video and voice calling options for its users. The firm in a recent press meet has stated that it is doing it in order to help its customers connected in the coming months, which will be able to meet 24- hours of video calling with up to 300 participants.

Further, the platform will now allow users to add their personal account in teams desktop or web app and sync all the available chats to their computer. Also, the platform can be used to call people even if they don’t have Teams app installed, stated the company, via a link that can be accessed from a web browser. The new features have started to roll out in preview on the Teams mobile app.

Microsoft has also announced that it will allow the users of its video conferencing platform, Teams to integrate new apps to make the platform more productive and accessible. The company is adding 20 new apps that include Asana, HireVue, Monday.com, Slido, and others to the Teams app store, which already offers 700 apps.
