Avertra is collaborating with IBM to propel digital transformation for its E&U clients

IBM recently made an announcement that it will be partnering with Avertra, popular global integration products, consultancy, and services organization. This new collaboration will help clients accelerate their digital transformation in industries like energy and utilities. Avertra is expected to host its digital experience platform on the IBM cloud to help the organization in E&U to run more securely and intelligently. Avertra is making use of the tech giant’s Cloud Engagement Fund that was established as a part of the company’s $1B investment for supporting companies that want to migrate client’s data into a hybrid cloud environment and provide the necessary cloud resources.

By making use of IBM’s Kubernetes Services, Avertra can now add immense value to its business and contribute heavily to the development of new tools that are specifically designed to improve efficiency for the sector. Avertra’s MiCustomer solution is an integrated application suite that helps clients to easily use and manage all the important aspects of customer engagement. The suite is well-designed to give control to consumers, and this allows them to keep tabs on their energy usage, provide insight on the expense, and predict future usage. Other real-time features are also available in the suite, and it offers the customers a more customized experience.
