Porter™, web-based technology is now powering up a new digital ear in the foodservice sector. It is being used in Los Angeles hotels with its sight set on growth across the United States. Porter is an award-winning business transformation platform pre-dominantly changing the traditional ways of delivering food in the hospitality sector. The platform is now operational and available in more than ten hotels in Los Angeles.

Hotels like Curio Collection by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton LAX, and the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Century Boulevard have started using the Porter platform. These hotels are the first to integrate Porter technology into their food and beverage operations. These hotels are now demonstrating their success; this will help the firm replicate this technology nationwide and eventually go global.

Porter will power up the hotel room service because of social distancing and because this type of convenient self-service technology will help hotel businesses gain new insight into technology-driven ideas. Porter is flexible, and allows for ordering and delivering food from an in-house restaurant in hotels where one already exists. Its technology manages orders and payments from multiple menus and multiple vendors.
