BitTitan Successfully Completes the Acquisition of Perspectium to Boost IT Service Management

BitTitan, a Seattle-area cloud service provider in a recent press meet, has announced that it has completed the pending acquisition of Perspectium, a 75-person company that primarily helps companies manage their data ServiceNow. BitTitan did not disclose the terms of the deal. With this acquisition, BitTitan aims to bolster its IT service management offerings and will focus on increasing its headcount to more than 250 employees.

BitTitan also aims to expand its product outreach to IT service providers, value-added resellers, and system integrators. The company will be helping them to migrate to the cloud through its product MigrationWiz. BitTitan reported the double-digit revenue growth the previous year, followed by the sudden acceleration seen in the cloud adoption amid pandemic. It competes with prominent companies like Dell, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and others.

This acquisition is the significant step for BitTitan to achieve its vision of serving as the world's most trusted IT gateway, which will enable the next generation of IT operator's management and offering the entire continuum of marketing IT solutions. Both the companies will primarily focus on providing cutting-edge IT services to their customers.
