BitTitan did not disclose the terms of the deal. With this acquisition, BitTitan aims to bolster its IT service management offerings and will focus on increasing its headcount to more than 250 employees.
BitTitan also aims to expand its product outreach to IT service providers, value-added resellers, and system integrators. The company will be helping them to migrate to the cloud through its product MigrationWiz.
