US-based software and network automation vendor Itential appoints new Director for APAC region

Itential, US-based software and network automation platform provider has appointed Sydney-based David Horder as the Asia Pacific regional director. The company stated that the hire had been made as part of its plan to expand its organic growth internationally. Itential's APAC presence, operations, and market share will be attuned to markets that are primed for network automation. This also will include communication service providers, data operators, and the public/private cloud sector.

Prior to holding the APAC regional director position, Horder worked for Ciena as director of business development and then software sales manager for its Blue Planet portfolio. He also worked in a leadership role for Huawei in the South Pacific region. He stated that he is thrilled to be joining the Itential team, and he will continue to improve the network automation for the APAC region. He further added that he will work towards achieving the company's mission.
