Capsoil FoodTech Creates a New Method to Infuse Lipid-Based Additives in Coffee Pods

Capsoil FoodTech creates a novel method for infusing bioavailable and water-soluble lipid-based nutritional additives into coffee pods.

Capsoil FoodTech, which is a part of Prodalim Group, has stated that it has developed a novel method for infusing bioavailable and water-soluble lipid-based nutritional additives into coffee pods. With the help of this new technology, coffee makers can now offer consumers their favorite drink incorporated with CBD, lycopene, astaxanthin, and vitamins A, D, and E, among others.

This new technology has all the potential to help coffee producers and beverage makers distinguish themselves in a crowded F&B market. This unique lipid infusion method can easily convert any oil-based compound into a self-emulsifying powder, which forms a dry powder that can be dissolved in hot or cold liquids.

Capsoil FoodTech's lipid-infusion method has applications beyond coffee. This technology can also be suitable for all powder products. The company has said that all its products are water-soluble and form a stable emulsion, and contain up to 60 percent of oil and its active compounds. The powdered products or the drinks are solvent and chemical-free.
