Radian Generation, a popular name in the US energy segment has recently made an announcement that it has successfully acquired Green IT Energy Applications. The acquired entity is a technology solutions provider specializing in offering cybersecurity services along with software and operational technology. Founder and CEO of Radian Generation, Joe Kastner, has stated that the expertise of Green IT in cybersecurity and operational technology has significantly boosted their asset management capabilities and perfectly aligns with Radian’s compliance services.

He furthermore added that the latest collaboration strengthened the company’s abilities to keep it at peak continuity of operations and performance. As of now, Radian has more than 13GW of solar and wind assets globally under its wing. The acquisition will bring Radian’s numbers to 40GW, and its capabilities will also expand to 27 software devs, QA technicians, data analysts, project managers, and operational technology engineers. Former CEO of Green IT, Andrew Eisenberg, has stated that he will be joining Radian as CTO and President. The existing customers of both companies can now access both the companies’ resources equally. According to Radian, the company’s SaaS offering will deliver the industry a unique solution that will cover early states of origination.
