Vertex,' Google's generative AI engine, is now ready for general usage.

Vertex AI provides a complete ecosystem of tools to assist developers in tuning, deploying, and managing models in production.

Tech giant Google has recently announced the wide availability of generative AI support on Vertex AI, Google Cloud's machine learning platform as a service (ML PaaS). Customers of Google Cloud now have access to the company's most recent platform features for developing and deploying innovative generative AI applications.

Developers may now use our text model powered by PaLM 2, the Embedding's API for text, and other foundation models in Model Garden, as well as employ user-friendly tools in Generative AI Studio for model customization and deployment, thanks to this release. Model Garden, which already has more than 60 models available and more on the way, allows anyone to access and play with basic models from Google and its partners.

Google is dedicated to making generative AI accessible to everyone. It is also releasing a public preview of its previously announced Codey model for code completion, creation, and discussion. In March of this year, the business announced generative AI support for Vertex AI and began working with trusted testers.
