Copilot is a web chat service that uses AI and has improved efficiency to deliver better responses.

After being in preview, Microsoft's AI companion, Copilot, is now generally available. Copilot is a web chat service that uses AI and has improved efficiency to deliver better responses. With the mentioned sources, it provides current information and is driven by GPT-4. Data protection is provided to commercial users, guaranteeing that prompts and responses are not retained. Copilot works with a variety of browsers and will soon be accessible on mobile devices. Microsoft announced in February that Copilot, the AI companion, was now generally available. Copilot was originally known as Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise. The creator of Windows observes that, in addition to having more access, Copilot is more effective and will be able to provide more insightful responses.

Microsoft 365 license holders who meet the eligibility requirements can now generally access Copilot with commercial data protection, according to Jordi Ribas, corporate vice president at Microsoft and head of engineering and product for Bing. With all of its capabilities driven by GPT-4 and current information from cited sources, Copilot will now be available to both individual users and corporate workers. Prompts and responses are not saved since commercial customers will obtain commercial data protection at no additional cost. Microsoft won't monitor access, and the business won't utilize data to train the large language model (LLM) at its core.
