With a background encompassing omnichannel marketing across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C sectors in consumer durables, home goods, and automotive industries, Egerton brings valuable experience from national to independent retailers. Expressing her enthusiasm for the position, Egerton sees her new role as an opportunity to strengthen Kumho Tire's presence in the U.S. market. With a focus on strategic marketing to drive growth and brand recognition, Egerton is eager to enhance Kumho Tire's appeal among discerning consumers. Before joining Kumho Tire, Egerton served as the Vice President of Brand Activation at a U.S. mattress manufacturer, where she spearheaded integrated marketing efforts to stimulate consumer demand across various channels. Additionally, she held the position of Head of Brand Development at a tire company, overseeing the establishment of a comprehensive marketing organization covering brand management, creative development, digital marketing, and customer/channel marketing. Throughout her career, she has held key marketing, branding, and advertising roles with notable companies such as Delta Faucet, Whirlpool Corp. (including its Maytag brand), Cooper Tire, and Tempur Sealy International.
