Altice USA expanded financial leadership team with new appointments

Altice USA added John Hsu, SVP, Corporate Finance and John Lombana, SVP, Corporate Controller

Altice USA has announced the appointments of John Hsu as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Finance and John Lombana as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Corporate Controller, both of whom will report to Chief Financial Officer Marc Sirota. John Hsu will oversee investor relations, treasury, and risk management functions, while John Lombana will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, tax, revenue assurance, and financial system administration functions. John Hsu joins Altice USA from AMC Networks, where he served as EVP, corporate development, treasurer, and investor relations.

He brings with him over a decade of experience managing Treasury operations, risk management, investor relations, and AMC Ventures. Prior to his tenure at AMC Networks, Hsu worked as VP of financial and strategic planning at Cablevision for seven years and has served on various media industry boards. John Lombana, the newly appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Controller, brings with him extensive telecommunications experience. He most recently served as group vice president, chief accounting officer, and corporate controller at Mitsubishi Power Americas. Lombana's previous roles include head of corporate finance, consolidations, accounting policy, reporting, and mergers and acquisitions at Verizon, vice president and chief audit executive at AT&T, and executive director of corporate finance and audit at Siemens.
