Dolce&Gabbana unveiled det...Additional amenities include the residential and hotel Dolce&Gabbana 888 Pool Club
Dolce & Gabbana has revealed the latest design and flexible-residence features of 888 Brickell, marking its inaugural real estate endeavor and condo hotel project in the United States, in partnership with developer JDS Development Group. Introducing a pioneering design innovation, Dolce & Gabbana's Grand Residences seamlessly transform into multiple individual rooms and suites, offering simultaneous use by both owners and hotel guests without compromising privacy, each with its own private entry. Residents will have the option to rent out their Dolce & Gabbana-designed homes through the hotel program when not in personal use. The condo hotel comprises 250 rooms and suites, six dining venues, including a signature restaurant on the ground floor, two bars in the expansive Grand Lobby, and the Pool Club restaurant and bar for all-day deckside dining.
Embodying the distinct Dolce & Gabbana style, the common areas reflect the brand's unwavering dedication to craftsmanship, creating an unparalleled hybrid condo hotel with lifestyle-focused hospitality and an elevated residential experience. These designs embody the fashion house's commitment to sourcing, handmade craftsmanship, and carefully considered materials, seamlessly blending Italianate and Miami glamour and grace, complemented by world-class hospitality. Dolce & Gabbana has partnered with M2Atelier Studio to translate the ideas and concepts of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana into the interior design of 888 Brickell. Through a longstanding partnership and deep mutual understanding acquired over twenty years of collaboration, Marco Bonelli and his team serve as the architectural force behind the designers' creative vision.
