HEALWELL AI announced new commercial agreements with WELL Health USA and Circle Medical

HEALWELL AI has signed services agreements with both WELL Health USA and U.S. based Circle Medical Technologies Inc.

HEALWELL AI Inc., a healthcare technology firm specializing in AI and data science for preventive care, has announced the signing of service agreements with WELL Health USA and its affiliate, Circle Medical Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of WELL Health Technologies Corp. These agreements aim to introduce AI-powered preventive care solutions to patients in the United States. Under these agreements, HEALWELL will grant U.S. patients access to its subsidiaries, Pentavere Research Group Inc. and Khure Health Corporation, with the objective of facilitating earlier diagnosis and identification of patients at potential risk of certain conditions. Additionally, the agreements seek to identify patient eligibility for approved medications or interventions, optimize patient care pathways, and enhance patient health outcomes.

The insights gained from this analysis are expected to improve understanding of treatment outcomes and ultimately support patients with suboptimally treated IBD, reducing healthcare costs and alleviating the burden on healthcare systems. HEALWELL's Khure has also partnered with Circle Medical to integrate its AI platform with Circle's electronic medical record (EMR) system, expanding its presence in the U.S. healthcare landscape. Circle Medical, a leader in primary care provision with a nationwide presence, will utilize Khure's AI technology to screen for early diagnosis of rare diseases and identify patients for clinical trial eligibility, thereby enhancing patient care and potentially saving lives.
