UPSTACK acquired CA Communications’ Telecom Services Division

Founder Marc Agar joined UPSTACK’s fast-growing platform as a partner

UPSTACK, a rapidly expanding digital infrastructure platform, has recently finalized the acquisition of the telecom agency services division of CA Communications Inc., situated in Wayzata, Minnesota. Following this acquisition, Marc Agar, founder, president, and CEO of CA Communications, will transition into the role of UPSTACK Partner while retaining his position as CA's chief executive. The specifics of the transaction remain undisclosed. Under the UPSTACK brand, CA's agency business will continue its operations, bolstered by ongoing support from key CA personnel, including Marc Agar and CA Partner Michael Agar, along with increased resources from UPSTACK. Meanwhile, CA Communications will persist in operating its technology resale and managed service lines of business under its existing brand.
