Emirates Opens First Experient...The new store provides travel experiences that are immersive and personalized with exclusive Emirates products.
Emirates has opened its first experiential travel store in Karachi, marking a significant step in the expansion of the retail concept into West Asia. Located at the Sky Tower in Karachi Towers on Abdul Sattar Edhi Avenue, the 183 sqm store is intended to provide customers with a more immersive and tech-driven experience.
The store was inaugurated by Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates' Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, West Asia and Indian Ocean. It will allow travelers the chance to explore Emirates products, services, and destinations in an exclusive setting. The new store allows clients to find the latest inflight products and explore the extended global network of the airlines, getting personalized travel help.
The store contains various interactional elements, such as kiosks that are provided for self-service, and in addition, a selfie mirror would allow customers to take pictures with famous Emirates destinations' backdrops. Additionally, a variety of exclusive Emirates-branded products and travel accessories can be ordered, which would make it a one-stop shop not only for inspiration but also for convenience.
Customers can be served with personalized assistance by trained staff, who is there to help customers book tickets, manage travel preferences, and receive travel advice tailored to their needs. There are dedicated service counters to assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and other inquiries about the Emirates and Skywards loyalty programs.
Essa Sulaiman Ahmad emphasized the store’s role in enhancing the customer journey, saying, “This innovative retail concept reflects Emirates’ commitment to providing an immersive experience, exceptional support, and a glimpse of the Emirates journey.”
This new launch underscores Emirates’ commitment to expanding its presence in West Asia and offering innovative, customer-focused services.
