Joyride releases Neon which acts as an advanced IoT device for smart mobility to provide users connected operations and instantaneous tracking capabilities and AI-based fleet administration functions.

The innovative technology company Joyride introduced Neon as their advanced IoT device to improve connectivity for smart mobility systems. The Neon IoT device provides fleet management solutions through real-time telematics performance as well as AI computing and vehicle monetization capabilities to Joyride customers who operate golf carts LSVs and mobility scooters.

Vehicles equipped with Neon IoT functionality can exchange data with Joyride software and other vehicles using a system that eliminates complicated configurations. Vince Cifani as the CEO of Joyride declared that IoT fragmentation now faces a permanent end. Neon provides business-class platforms to automobile producers and fleet operators through simplified solutions.

The device provides vital battery health and vehicle performance and utilization data through its combination of firmware-over-the-air updates and Bluetooth and WiFi along with AI-powered decision systems. The tracking system uses dual-band GPS and geofencing capabilities to provide accurate location data and optimize both efficiency and safety in fleets.

Neon took a major stride within IoT-connected mobility by receiving Series A funding from Yamaha Motors which forms part of Joyride’s funding activities. Joyride pursues the development of smaller vehicle connectivity while the IoT market continues to grow and shared mobility forecasts show $1 trillion by 2030.
