The company's unmanned training labs address a critical gap in healthcare compliance training by automating the certification renewal process required for healthcare workers every two years. Rather than relying on traditional instructor led courses, the platform uses sensor enabled manikins and AI assisted systems to deliver standardized, self-service certification workflows that improve consistency and reduce scheduling constraints.

"Removing the dependency on instructors allows the system to operate more consistently, give more accurate feedback to our clients and scale more efficiently," said CEO Jarrod Epps. The expansion was achieved without increasing headcount demonstrating the operational efficiency of the automated model. The platform addresses a significant compliance challenge in the healthcare sector.

Traditional instructor-led training limits scheduling flexibility and creates bottlenecks for workforce certification requirements.
