An accomplished CFO at Lantronix, Jeremy is an alumnus of University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business and California State University-Fullerton, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. An industry expert, Jeremy holds vast experience in the field of managing Finance, Accounting, Strategic Planning, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, SEC Reporting, Legal and IT functions. And also carries experience with public market and bank financing; multinational operations outsourced manufacturing buy-side and sell-side investors and turnarounds.
