Catchment analysis with in-depth passenger data analysis from all the nearby airports. Using this data to analyze passenger travelling habits, preferences and satisfaction levels.
Analysis helped BIAL to introduce new systems, procedures and facilities and expand the airport capacity by 100% – based on the needs and preferences of the new age traveler. It enabled BIAL to attract 30% new passengers, who had earlier preferred other airports for their departure and arrival.
