Mars announced the new sales Vice President

Eric Houston is the new vice president of sales North America at Mars Food and Nutrition

Mars Food and Nutrition has announced the promotion of Eric Huston, formerly the general manager of Mars Food and Nutrition Canada, to the position of vice president of sales for North America. Eric will be succeeding Edward Taylor in this role. With an impressive seven-year tenure at Mars, Eric has demonstrated his leadership capabilities by holding various key positions within the company. Before joining Mars, he served as the marketing director for Febreze North America and played a pivotal role in global innovation at Procter & Gamble. Eric's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Kraft Heinz and Northlich.

During his time as the general manager of Mars Food and Nutrition Canada, Eric successfully positioned the business as a test and learning ground for the Food and Nutrition North America region. Under his guidance, the Canadian sector witnessed the launch of innovative products such as Family Pack, new rice flavor varieties, Ben’s Original Organic, and Tasty Bite entrees. Eric Huston is a graduate of Miami University, holding a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. His elevation to the role of vice president of sales for North America reflects his significant contributions to the company and his strategic leadership in driving innovation within the food and nutrition sector. Huston's promotion follows in the footsteps of Edward Taylor, marking a seamless transition in the company's leadership hierarchy.
