Why was the company set up?

‘It is difficult to start a venture. But far more difficult to maintain it’ – How would you and your team interpret this saying?
The structure around process and approaches is crucial in maintaining success. Peloton takes immense value in developing and leveraging proven approaches/processes that drive business transformation for our clients and rinsing and repeating instead of recreating the wheel.
