Established in August of 2012, Doshaheen started off with a team of just 4 young professionals. After spending a decade and a half in the industry, the founders realised that there was a lack of passion among IT professionals towards their job. Also, they were all being treated as just another head count in the organisation. There was a lot of unnecessary work pressure an employee had to undergo. Thus, Doshaheen was founded with the vision to bring the passion out of young professionals and give them a platform to voice their opinion with a sincere effort to remove the work related pressures that was taking a toll on the health and wellbeing of so many IT professionals.

However, the small team didn’t stop them from contributing to some of the key and high-profile projects for their customers. This boosted their customers’ confidence letting them bag some of the big projects against big giants in IT industry. In conversation with the man behind Doshaheen’s success, Dhanesh Mathkar

Can you tell us about how your company is positioned in the current market scenario.

The current market landscape is very volatile and unforgiving. Clients expect the latest technology at the least possible price tags. It is only the service superiority that can inch you above your competition. The key here is to maintain your operation costs very light and keep innovating. Business will come if you provide world class services at affordable cost.

How does your company address the pain points of the industry?

Doshaheen primarily addresses customer’s IT needs by being a part of their team rather than being an external vendor. We take some key decisions for our customers in the IT space, which is our forte. Many of our customers are afraid to try out new solutions just so that they are in their comfort zone. What we do is to help them realize that there is a better world beyond their comfort zone that is waiting for them to explore.

From employee perspective, we have worked very hard to formulate human friendly policies that do not pressurize people to perform beyond limits. We take care of our employees such that they look forward to come to office every morning! We strongly believe that a well-motivated team can any day outperform the best of teams that are not motivated.

Most of the IT service providers work as vendors with their customers. Doshaheen works as a partner and also takes complete responsibility of customer’s business from IT perspective.

A healthcare start-up from USA:

Doshaheen was approached by a healthcare start-up from California that was looking for a cost effective solution provider to reduce their testing cost by automating the repetitive tasks. They had never outsourced their work and used to do all activities in-house. Doshaheen was referred to them by one of its client with whom it has been working for quite some time.

Doshaheen’s team developed a Proof of Concept for this client to gain their confidence. Once they were satisfied, the company developed a full-fledged solution. A well-known Non-Banking Financial Institution in India:

Doshaheen approached a mid-sized Non-Banking Financial Institution from Bangalore with the motive to improve their field force efficiency. The firm trained their workforce and deployed the solution. Within a period of two weeks the client requested to go live with the solution for their entire team across India.

Doshaheen helped a bank, headquartered in Delhi and having offices in Mumbai, to automate their field force related activities which were being outsourced to unreliable contracting partners. The bank’s credibility was at risk as the customers saw the performance of the field force and envisioned the quality of services of the bank accordingly. The bank was desperately looking for a reliable partner to develop a solution. So Doshaheen had to customize its Skygge solution to exactly fit the workflows they were used to working. Dhanesh is a dynamic, result oriented professional with around 19 years of industry experience in business development, projects execution, customer relationship and project management progressively acquired through systems and software engineering, design and development and quality management system compliance. Dhanesh is a perfectionist and that shows in all his endeavours. He has brought the same culture of acquiring “perfection” in all the deliveries at Doshaheen.

Dhanesh started his career as a mechanical engineer and later shifted to software industry because of his passion and interest to the same.
