OneX Solutions Journey in a Nutshell

June 21, 2012 – The journey began

OneX Solutions Private Limited got incorporated on 31st Jan 2013. However, the journey had begun way back in July 2011 under sole proprietorship module. Brainchild of Dipak Agarwal, a qualified CA, CS and who began his career from Ernst & Young company as a senior executive. A passionate learner about marketing, Dipak always wanted to pursue MBA in the field of Marketing.

During his tenure in Ernst & Young he got the idea of mobile marketing and to make it a reality he started developing his business idea of getting into Mobile Marketing. Gradually, his passion and dream turned into reality when he started his own business of Mobile Marketing along with his brother Ashok Agarwal.

The business had 2 wings, one dealt with the printing vertical, managed by Ashok Agarwal and the other one mobile marketing wing was managed by Dipak.

2013 - The Incorporation

Brother duo Dipak and Ashok jointly decided to make their passion into a fully fledged business. They incorporated Digital Marketing venture and that’s how ‘OneX Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’ was born.

2014 - The Shift

In the year 2014, Dipak realized that mobile marketing field is more profitable than digital marketing as a whole, because the ROI on mobile marketing is much higher than their traditional marketing efforts. Therefore, he decided to venture into this field completely. The printing vertical of Ashok Agarwal became a separate entity and OneX Solutions became an exclusive Mobile Marketing company.

Later in June 2014, Dipak’s wife Harsha Agarwal, a qualified Chartered Accountant joined OneX Solutions as a Director replacing Ashok Agarwal.

2015-2016 - The Accomplishments

OneX Solutions is gradually touching pinnacle, the proof of which is seen with the increase in the number of customers/clients and the ever increasing employee team. Getting a large number of renowned clients in the company portfolio, OneX Solutions decided to expand its territorial boundaries. So, it opened offices not just in Kolkata but also in Mumbai, Delhi and NCR.

Dipak Agarwal, Founder- Sole founder of OneX Solutions, Dipak is a visionary and a true entrepreneur at heart. Born and brought up in Kolkata, Dipak always wanted to start something of his own. Although he had a passion to do something in the field of advertising, but he landed up doing CA to secure career. After obtaining CA degree, he did his internship from Ernst and Young and further continued his job in the same company for a year.

However, he realized that CA is something which is not his cup of tea and decided to shape his life by following his passion. This led to the inception of OneX Solutions, the era of advertising and marketing.
