Meet the Leader

Mark Cree, CEO, and Founder: Mark is a serial entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and senior executive in the high-performance storage and networking industries. Before co-founding InfiniteIO in 2014, Mark was founding CEO of StorSpeed, where he was granted several patents related to storage caching.

Previously, he was general manager of Cisco’s Storage Router business unit. Mark joined Cisco in 2000 through its acquisition of iSCSI storage pioneer NuSpeed, which Mark founded and served as CEO and chairman. He began his career in product engineering and marketing executive roles at industry leaders such as StorageTek and Control Data.

Mark holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Minnesota.
