Q. How do potential buyers approach you? How do you market your services?

Each of my businesses has a lot of word of mouth referral. We feature our websites for our platform for guests and clients to reach out to us (SaltyPeakRealEstate.com; SwellRetreat.com; and BuilderAgentAcademy.com.)

Q. What would you say are the top three skills needed to be a successful CEO?

First is Vision. It’s imperative to know your desired destination and what it will take to keep everyone heading in the same direction. Knowing the destination allows the team to keep on the right track. Second, the ability to empower teams to bring to life your vision through strategic planning, course correction, and providing resources for their success. Third, grit and grace to push through the hard times, there will be hard times and your team will need your grace and so will you.

Q. What do you think are the most memorable couple of moments in your career?

Teaming up with my husband and being able to work together with our children. This is a dream come true for me. I served 14 years in the Army, which I absolutely loved, deployed three times, and over the course of that time stayed awake late to map out my future building a retreat center with my future husband and children. My husband, Ben, is also a Realtor® and my children are with me 90% of the time, I love it!! My two youngest, 2 and 5, are there as I do computer work, they have helped me blue tape homes that we are finishing up on and attend client appointments. My three, older, stepdaughters are with us in the summer and help us operate Swell Retreat. My five-year-old was practicing the fun zone orientation at Swell Retreat the other day, as he heard his sisters give it all summer long to our guests. Another one was when my son posted on the fridge a goal he knew was important to me. My heart melted! I am so blessed by my Heavenly Father to be living my dream as an entrepreneur to serve others and doing it with my most favorite people, my family!

Q. What are the various technologies leveraged by you in your lead generation efforts?

I love Clickfunnels, ClickUp, MLS, ProAgent, and DotLoop. They are the underlying foundation of my businesses.

Q. What does the future hold for your company and its customers? Are exciting things on the way?

I am excitedly working with our team and stretching our services nationally with Salty Peak Real Estate (SPRE) and Builder Agent Academy (BAA), while guests currently come to Swell Retreat from all over the country. SPRE is focused on recruiting agents to implement my Signature Program for builders across the country. BAA is focused on the PEAK Method to train and certify 10,000 Builder Agents across the country. BAA is working to implement an affiliate program for brokers. We are rolling out a new corporate retreat at the Swell Retreat that helps teams integrate their strengths to maximize on their performance for optimal results for their clients. I am working to build an annual program focused on emergency preparedness and principles of success based programs for at risk demographic groups and character mastery for youth groups through the Swell Retreat.

I believe that my best business partner is God and my husband is a close second. As I work diligently to optimize my signature programs for each business my results for my clients and guests continually help my team achieve great accolades.
