Why did you choose this arena for your business?

We started the company to provide excellent service to our customers within the IT department. Many companies keep their consultants but not the best service all the time. We have developed a culture to go beyond the customer expectation by always going the extra mile. That is why we named our company “Xtramile Soft”. 

What was your initial proposed product and how successful was it?

We developed a new product for SAGE 300 CRE customers. This is to help companies to not only run reports on the go but also to keep the field reporting on track and on time. We will be adding this feature in a couple of months and it will add lot of value to our customers who always depend on on-time reporting. We believe this product will become the bench mark product for all the reporting needs for the customers using SAGE 300. We do have SAGE 100 reports in the pipe line. 

We have been developing custom reports for SAGE 300/100/Office Connectors for last 3 years. We have the most positive feedback about them from our customers. SAGE premier implementation partners like Alliance Solutions Group” have seen this success and gave us the thumps up to be partner with SAGE directly to provide the same services to rest of the implementation partners in US and Canada.

What factors made you expand your firm?

We have seen the importance of custom reporting from all our customers and we developed them into an app for most customers to enjoy the benefit of reporting. We are now expanding the services within app to report daily logs back to main office everyday on their mobile devices. 

What were the pitfalls during your initial years?

It was entirely new product and new customer base for us. With the help of Alliance Solutions Group we were able to get our hands on the process and were able to grasp the pulse relatively quickly as we were already well equipped with the knowledge of the CMiC implementation and development both on the ADF, 3rd party implementation and mobile front. That helped us connecting the dots with the new SAGE system. I would say work on your strength to add more to it. 

What are the key factors for Xtramile Soft’s triumph?

• Our core team has been the most important factor. We have a team who has been with the company for more than 8 years and has been an integral part of the company’s growth
• We focus on one goal - to provide the quality service by going the extra mile for each customer
• Always be consistent and dependable when it comes to customer service; your customer should not have to guess.
• Be affordable for simple services don’t charge arm and leg for even the basic work which customer is dependent on you to provide quick services

Explicate about the products that will soon be launched?

We are just launching the XtraReports for construction companies with SAGE 300 with a monthly subscription; this will help them get their reports on time and on the go. 

We also have Field reporting module which will be integrating with the XtraReports for all our initial customers for free of cost.
