Knowing the Key Executives PradeepKaul- President & CEO
Pradeep has more than 35 years of experience spanning digital, wireless and telecommunications domains. He has served as the head of various functional groups, at different points of time, including engineering and global marketing and sales. As part of his career at Hughes, he led the packet switching group during the ‘80’s and the digital cellular businesses during the ‘90s. Pradeep has also published several telecom related articles, served on public and private company boards and has contributed to many key patents in the telecom field. More recently, he has been active in the venture capital world as both an investor and an advisor.

VinodSood- MD & Country Head, India
Managing Director of HSC, VinodSood is a veteran of the Telecom Software industry, has build high performance teams at premier Telecom R&D organizations in India. He has exceptional track record of building profitable and sustainable institutions from conceptualization to maturity.

Vinod adorns many roles- He is a member of the CII National Committee on IT, ITeS& e-Commerce and a member of NASSCOM and AMCHAM’s Northern Regional Council, he has also been on the NASSCOM Mentor Panel for Emerging Companies.Vinod has also served as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Institute of Informatics and Communications, University of Delhi and also as the Chairman of RMC-CORE in Network Engineering (setup by TIFAC, Department of Science and Technology Government of India) a Government, Academia and Industry partnership initiative.

A Gold Medalist alumnus of PEC Chandigarh, Vinod is also involved in guiding and mentoring young entrepreneurs and startups and is a TiE Charter member.

Previously he served as the Head of Global Engineering and R&D of Hughes Software Systems ( nowAricent) and served on the Board as well. Before that he was with C-DOT as a part of the core team which designed India’s 1st Digital Switch
