Tencent games have released a new update for PUBG for mobile on iOS and Android devices. The new 0.8.5 update is available for all the users globally.

The new minor update (0.8.5) has brought few changes to the game. According to the report, the new update has included enhanced daily sign-in rewards, outfit exclusive emotes and users can choose six crew members. Tencent has provided update packs for the customers who purchase it. The new software release is an in-game update which the users will see once it is available in their country.

The new update has included BAPE outfits and accessories in PUBG mobile. Tencent partnered with BAPE, a Japanese apparel brand. The partnership allows the users to buy crates to get exclusive BAPE clothes in the game itself. The BAPE crate in the game includes shark-themed hoodies along with shorts, shoes, gun, and frying pan. BAPE crate will provide users with random products like other crates.

PUBG mobile will host an online worldwide competition for the users. The contest will be hosted with BAPE. To take part in the contest, users have to screenshot their characters with BAPE in-game outfits with hashtag #pubgmobileoutfit. The winners will be rewarded with BAPE in-game outfits. The last date for taking part in the contest is October 17.

The winners will be selected randomly by PUBG mobile. They will be getting BAPE crate till October 15.
