Meat-based protein has always been there in human’s diet and it is difficult for meat-eaters to switch to vegan burgers. But what if a vegan burger just tastes like a beef burger! Yes, you heard it right! Impossible Foods has launched version 2.0 of its meat-free burger at CES, a show which has its door open for any kind of technology. As we know, Las Vegas is home to a large number of world-class restaurants and fast foods joints, the craze for burgers in Vegas is natural.

The latest version of the burgers by Impossible Foods contains no meat, gluten, or hormones. It is a guilt-free indulgence as it has no cholesterol and half the fat content of a regular sized beef burger. Vegan beef burger is a difficult thing to imagine. Impossible Burgers 2.0 is a treat to the taste buds of those who don’t eat meat or want to cut on the carbs. It goes beyond simple patties and aims to replace beef in every recipe from tacos to lasagna.

The burgers will be available in many high-profile restaurants across the States including  Chef David Chang’s Momofuku Nishi (New York City), Chef Traci Des Jardins’ Jardinière and School Night (San Francisco), Chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger’s Border Grill (California and Nevada), Chef Danny Bowien’s Mission Chinese Food (New York City) etc.
