Knowing the Leaders

Lambert Matias, President and CEO- A recognized Asian-American entrepreneur and his professional background includes Director of Sales, Managing Partner and National Project Manager in various management positions, Matias has a background in the sale and delivery of IT Solutions, Wireless, Telecom and Internet Services going back to 1994 and has played key leadership roles in E-Commerce and Mobility start-ups prior to founding GovMobile, LLC. He has experience delivering solutions to the federal government and was a technology provider to DoD, Army, Air Force, and National Guard as well as the FAA. Matias earned a B.S. Psychology w/ International Business minor from Northeastern Illinois University 1992, and now brings his experience and vision to GovMobile.

Tony Tarsia, Vice President – Operations & Business Development- Carrying over 30 years of experience in the sales, marketing and delivery of Information Technology products and services to Government, Utilities and Fortune 1000 companies, Tarsia started his career as an electrical engineer supporting the US Navy on the development of automated test systems and transitioned into a business development and sales role. For the past 15 years he has been involved with a number of start-ups focused on wireless technology and applications and has a deep understanding of the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) market and has been involved in all aspects of the M2M solution life-cycle from initial requirements, network selection, hardware build, back-end applications, carrier certifications, customer support and system optimization. Tarsia holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College.
