“Your single point of accountability for all your technology needs.”

All Covered is a leading nationwide IT Services company that focuses on the unique computing, networking, and application needs of any business from a 20-person company up to enterprise organization. All Covered is a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. that furnishes support across the entire IT spectrum, from optimizing resources to maintaining network infrastructure to migrations to the Cloud. Founded in October 1997, the company has evolved to employee over 800 engineers with more plus 200 administrative/management employees located in more than 35 locations nationwide and is currently providing many companies with their complete IT services and technology support based on their unique needs with special expertise in the Legal, Finance, Healthcare, and Education industries.

The company is known for its large portfolio of comprehensive IT services including managed voice, cloud, and security solutions. All Covered feels it is important to ensure that critical IT systems are always available to support core business functions, but maintaining IT systems with an in-house IT staff can be costly and leave you without expertise in the latest technologies. The firm manages IT Services by providing regular management of systems and networks that keep PCs, servers, and networks up and running, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. All Covered can build the right managed IT service plan to optimize your business.

“We want to become the trusted resource for every business in need of anything IT related whether a company is just searching to enhance their knowledge or they’re in need of IT support for their company. We want to invest in innovation and support companies with a future-forward vision of how to work smarter, not harder,” says All Covered.

The Company’s Reason for Existence and the Reason for its Popularity

The company was started when the original founders realized that there was a real need for professional IT support for the majority of small to medium businesses that have between 20 and 250 employees. Especially in the San Francisco Bay Area because at that time, the only type of support available to these businesses were small one or two person consultants working independently or large enterprise companies that wouldn’t even talk to the business if the firm had less than 1000 employees. Working with a smaller IT company has its challenges like scheduling conflicts and limited knowledge. While the large enterprise IT companies provided very little service for a lot of money. Those were the choices and there were really no options for a growing company with multiple locations other than staffing your own in-house team of IT experts. Hence, All Covered expanded by examining the specific IT needs by industry and adding services designed for those industries.

All Covered takes the time to fully understand the client’s needs before providing a customized solution to support the client’s core business. The firm has a specialized team of IT experts to tests its solutions with its internal teams before rolling them out to the customers. The firm steadily adds services and solutions to its portfolio when it is confident in its ability to deliver those services at the highest levels. Once a solution has made it into the company’s suite of managed services, it usually does well.

All Covered is known for its ability to manage its operations in multiple locations by providing 24/7 help desk for end-user support, and its flexibility to meet a client’s schedule rather than the client waiting for IT support.

Workplace Hub: Innovative IT Management is All Set to Hit the Market

Workplace Hub is an intelligent technology built around people and businesses that make efficient and effective collaboration a simple and intuitive task. Workplace Hub combines leading hardware, software, security, and a full suite of services. It means there’s one standardized way to manage IT, with one contract and one point of contact to resolve all IT issues. It gives more control and enables to reduce total IT expenditure. Workplace Hub gives a flexible and scalable IT infrastructure that grows with every business. Workplace Hub is a new technology that considers both employee needs and broader system requirements at the same time. Compatibility between systems has been one of the big obstacles for productivity at work. By uniting the different parts of the IT infrastructure, the Workplace Hub technology removes this barrier and provides intelligence-based services that work together with people so they can concentrate on their business.

IT systems for small and medium-sized businesses are often provided by multiple vendors that don’t have the capability to join everything together seamlessly. This means if a system stops working at any point, then it can leave you vulnerable to malicious attacks. If something does go wrong, the firm has to waste time dealing with different companies, with different terms and costs may quickly escalate causing an unexpected expense. The Hub is the answer; it integrates all IT into one system that works for every business. It creates a robust and reliable infrastructure and hence one can forget about the problems and focus on more value-adding core business tasks. It’s a virtual one-stop IT department that supports all types of businesses, while helping in managing day-to-day costs. It gives a level of IT security and sophistication rarely found in small and medium-sized businesses and is the first step towards a smoother IT future.
