Journey of the company so far

TalentBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a Technology Products company founded in the year 2009. The company focuses on offering cloud hosted and mobility delivered platforms to its customers across India. The company initially set out to bridge employability gaps amongst the higher education graduates across 35 specializations within the Indian higher education system. The company built the best in class platform on 21st century skills and sold it to over 85 institutions across India. With over 100,000 students having gone through its platform in the first 4 years of its journey till July 2013, the founders realized that it was very difficult to scale a business model in a highly regulated and immature environment. Having lost a lot of capital on building the learning platform through native & primary research, the founders had no recourse but to either shut down the business or pivot the business model.

New investors, wary of the company for having failed in its business model, started looking at the company from an arm’s length. But the founders of TalentBridge were determined not to give up and continued the journey of pivoting the business through small rounds of capital, raised innumerable times only through friends & family. Today, TalentBridge is not just a 50 peoples’ company; it is profitable with over 100 satisfied customers across the globe with monthly and continuous repeat business with TalentBridge.
